Crafted by Ireland’s first female Master Gin Distiller, Deirdre Bohane, at West Cork Distillers, Garnish Island Gin is distilled in a custom, hand-made copper pot still. Inspired by the lush gardens of Garnish Island off the southern coast of Ireland ,this gin is non-chill-filtered and bottled at 46% ABV to retain its natural flavors.

Botanicals are carefully chosen  to capture the essence of Ireland’s horticultural treasure, Garnish Island. This gin is slowly-distilled in small batches in a copper pot still that was designed and built by the team at West Cork Distillers. The result is a deliciously-elegant gin which is best enjoyed with premium tonic water and a slice of lime.
